There is only so many times you can flirt with your 52 week low and not pierce it. I was afraid of this when we only slightly budged off the 52 week low and closed at 6.03 on Friday.

Incidentally, I saw 29K dumped a couple minutes after the bell.
I was very encouraged as we bounced off 5.25 and went over 5.5, but we lost steam again to the close.

I really wouldn't be too concerned about today given the overall picture of the market, but slipping under 2 key levels of support is a flaming red flag to powerful people with a ton of shares, and the marginability level at 5 scares the $#!+ out of individual investors with shares on margin. If we dip under $5, there's alway a possibility of that uncomfortable zone that ranges from Overexaggeration to Panic with small investors raising the white flag of surrender as they "surrender" their shares on Margin.

Really thought we would have rallied or at least bounced in the last couple of days. Nothin'

Reminds me of the movie "Fletch" with Chevy Chase when Mr. Underhill works-over the waitor.
"I bet your expecting a nice gratuity, right?"
He walks away without leaving a cent and says, "Maybe Next Time."

I bet your expecting to bounce-off these welfare-like levels, right...

Hey Doc, I really love your stewardship over this company.
By the way, meet Mr. Underhill."

Better Days, Gang
