Rood, to get on the electronic quote system of OTC:BB you do not require any predetermined share price. Everything you ever wanted to know about the BB and pink sheets can be found at otcbb.com Nasdaq small cap requires maintaining the $1 share price. We were delisted because the price dropped below $1 for more than 30 days. They could have demoted us to the BB but chose to drive us down to the pink sheets. One of the advantages with WACC is that they are a fully reporting company. All we should have to do is get caught up in our filing. I cannot imagine any management wanting to spend one day more than they have to down here. Even if nobody cared about us they'd still file ASAP. At least that's my opinion. JOE
