Must admit.. Your more up todate on LWN then I.

LWN group made a big mistake turning down a $58CND offer.
What the "BLANK" was on the minds. They must be completely imcompetent to have not accepted such a offer. It's now at $24 CDN.
I doubt that they'll come up with an offer as
good as that one in their current negotiations to
"Maximize shareholder value".

I say... "give them the boot"
