It seems to me that there was a gradual change in the original plan. If you look at the press releases you can see the change:

July 7th:
Global Games Corp.(OTC BB:GLOW) announced today that a signed Letter of Acceptance has been received from the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies, to design and build a full virtual casino to be owned by the government of Dominica.

July 15th:
Global Games Corp. confirmed today that the Commonwealth of Dominica's Casino and Sports Book will use software from Global Games and should be operational for the opening weekend of the National Football League season.

July 30th:
Global Games Corp. announced today it has signed a formal Internet software license agreement with Island Sports Book and Casino, Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies.

August 7th:
Global Games Corp. reported today that the Island Sports Book and Casino of Dominica has informed Global Games that its Internet web site at Islandgaming.net will be up and operational Monday, August 10.

It looks to me that the government of Dominica has changed their participation in order to be a more passive partner in this collaboration.

Bob, do you believe that GLOW does not have an agreement with Island Sports Book and Casino of Dominica?

If they have the agreement with another entity other than the government; it's not as good as everyone would like, but it still performs the same function.

My feeling about your news letter is different from many others on this thread. I think some of it is good. I don't like the fact that you have GLOW on your Blivit. On a whole I think of it as another source of information on stocks.

You should not be surprised about the way some people react to your posts. People don't want to hear negative things about a stock they ALREADY have money invested in. The sequence of events left a lot to be desired. You post GLOW on your Blivit, then you ask US for information about GLOW. Lack of information does not make GLOW a bad company.

Mike

BTW - This is my real name.
