On the disk drive discussion ... I've had the same problems with quantum ... 3 out of 3 drives failed with in two years ... 1 the day I got it and the others lasted about 1 maybe a touch more. I had a fourth but it vibrated so much I sent it back. I don't buy them anymore ... it's interesting that you have seen this kind of thing with wdc ... hmmm ... I wonder if this is common? My wdc and ibms seems to be doing fine ...

An now back to the streets ...
