Ken, #1 the Company's stock does not qualify for the minimum listing requirements of any known reputable exchange. . #2 There are literally hundreds possibly thousands of NASDAQ NMS, AMEX and NYSE stocks that are manipulated, illegally shorted (sometimes to their death) and so on. . Granted - there are more of those schnanegans with unlisted (OTC-BB) stocks. The point being, even if for some reason the stock POOF! was listed tomorrow, --- there's no guarantee that any manipulation activity you think might be going on would somehow stop. . In fact the OTC-BB HAS served the Company and its shareholders well. It has allowed it to be publicly traded, with live quotes, real-time volume, in a highly liquid market place, such openness in the markets was unheard of merely 3 years ago. . Colin . BTW, I'm not and English major, but I don't see any adjective in your statement.
