Well R. it may take awhile, traded action in AMZN was not knee jerk today, after midday it went so strong that I jumped in for a few bucks. When I came back right now, found it made just 2 dollars but in that market, today...

Its difficult to single out the stocks which won't make it.

My preferred shorts, i pointed out last time to the 1-day-trader are still SEEK, LCOS,AOL, and newly, DCLK, as these guys will be weak in comparison to XCIT, YHOO. Just look at their websites, my opinion is, when fundamentals don't count that much, it's appearance that counts.

The most interesting one is, besides RMBS, YBTVA. The took a stock-up end of June, after they posed themselves a company subject to restructure/merger/ and the likes. I see it rather in the mid40ies, not where it is. When I followed the stock-up that days, and rode it after the opening gap up some time , somewhat made me thinking that it will be off when a big market slump will take place. Well, YBT took a $7 dive from the Years High, but its good for another 10 or 20. Times are good..., another quarter with losses, the stock is off some 10.

BTW... tried to sell out AND today, ad different levels. 8 13/16, 8 7/8, 8 15/16. But I didn't get an execution. Even when I put it on thee bid? Whats going on there? I even saw a bid up at 8 /13 and 8 7/8 again, but simply, it did'n work?

biz.yahoo.com

see:

" Midterm longs: YHOO,XCIT,AAPL, HAUP,QTEC, CIEN/TLAB, ASND ($70+),ATRC ($20), GTBX is good for quick bucks if you get a hit < 7.5, the merger is done. CSTM is good for snooping the remaining stock, as the guys renewed their tender offer at 21.25. Sure bucks.

Spreads: +AIT,-SBC, +AWRD -PTEC, +TBR -TBH at a huge premium

shorts, CYPH,(INCL), TAVA, RMBS,YBTVA,AOL,SEEK,LCOS,KLB"
