Now, having said what I said in the previous post, Let's continue with me.

I made the same mistake you did !!!

I too believed the July 30 agreement was with the GOVERNMENT of DOMINICA, with the government sponsoring the actual casino.

But, with the recent clarifications I realize that was incorrect.

When I make a mistake, I readily admit it.
