I've recently asked for opinions from people who are currently using MRV's products. Following is a list of some concerns that could possibly be addressed by someone on this group. 1. Some NH208/215 switches have a tendency to lock up, requiring a power cycle to get them to return to operability. 2. The NH208/215/2016 switches have possible security problems. 3. Customer service, ie. slow turn around times to repair switches, wrong switches being returned after repairs (they have serial numbers), and rude customer service reps. Most all of the responses I received were negative. Perhaps the people who are pleased with their products and service have very little to say. Before I get chastised for bringing these perceived problems out, I would only like to say I started doing this research because I am LONG MRVC. Let's face it, they're still showing phenominal growth. I just don't want to get blind-sided. Jeff
