Ok-I traded voice mail with IR today but did see this on the Yahoo board (as you may have as well).

I'm a little disturbed by the apparent slowing of the growth on a year over year or sequential quarter basis. If next quarters estimate is really .46 and they earned .42 this quarter that leads to a sequential growth of about 10%. If the 98 estimate is for 1.75 to 1.80 the stock will be priced by the market at $17 to $18/share which is below what I considered the current price support of $19.5 or so.

Looking back over 97 till now the EPS on a quarterly basis is as follows:

Qtr Ending 97 98
Jan .31 .43 39%
April .29 .38 31%
July .35 .42 20%
Oct .39 .46est 18%

Definitely a slowing trend for EPS growth. The sequential quarter comparison from June-Sept of 97 showed 39/35=11% growth and the 98 estimates places them at 9.5%.
Conclusion:
1. This coming quarter is not their slowest but isn't a big growther.
2. Anyway you slice it, PMRY looks to be slowing down.
3. Valuation could be 1.75 (98 EPS)*1.15 (Growth in 99)* 15 PE=$30/share (less than I expected for next year)

Any comments??
