JG and Gregg - I don't suppose that ERICY have worked out that they have a few patents wich cover some of the intricate processes of cdma-one and that if we take them all the way on w-cdma they are going to bring inot play these ither patents owned by ERICY which might require us to apy ERICY. The result being a 'push' between us and them on cdma-one and W-cdma. Hope I've made the point clearly. Regards, L
