Unless Cyrix/NSM dumps the cyrix stuff, and focuses on the "core" stuff (whatever that means), its stock looks like a bottom dweller. Why not dump Cyrix? If AMD can't make a profit with 10% market share, I don't know how the Cyrix unit of NSM ever hopes to make a profit. What exactly is this information appliance anyway? It sounds like a cheap PC to me. I can imagine it going into entertainment systems, but aside from that where else would it go?
