John, No specifics were mentioned. Just the statement that the company is aware of their ploy to spread misinformation and that they plan on dealing with it as they see fit. One other word, they are very cautious about press releases because of the prior lawsuit. They will in no way make themselves appear to be spin doctors. VLAD PS The last poster who made statements about what he read on the street.com rumor board is a perfect example of the type of misinformation I speak of.
