Jon, being constructive, what kind of action you may recommend? It's never Datek's fault, they NEVER take responsibility. Poor employee had to exercise imagination to explain why I can't sell @ bid or buy @ ask. Sure I will search for another broker, but it may take a couple of weeks. If anyone is planning to make any legal claim, please, inform. Thank you.
