Gotta give you credit, you're really sly with words. That's the second post in a row where you manage to imply that Osicom is being investigated without actually saying it.

I'm not sure, though, that you wouldn't be found guilty of libel just the same. After all, you've implied that they are being investigated, your intent is clear - you want people to think they are, and there is intent to cause damages (i.e., stock price decline). Moreover, since you are a confessed shorter of this stock, the libel is for personal gain.

No wonder you've defended Craig when he says he's being sued by Osicom - you're looking out for yourself, too.
