I think your refering to the fact that it is supposed to be done Tuesday comming IF it is going to happen. I'm sure if I'm wrong someone will correct me. LOL But the release stated it is set to happen then. As someone else pointed out it's the same day as DF's court case. So it could get real interesting if he has to buy back a bunch of shares.
