Why would you expect there to be any relationship between fundamentals and the market cap? This is an internet "concept stock". We all wonder when AMZN will fall to a valuation based on fundamentals. But, imho, that is years away. Tom, You make sense. The market does not make sense. Amazon does not make sense. You understand.
