Janice, where can we find that information? Well, you could call the company to find out the exact amount. I might point out that Jack has already confirmed his intention to raise money by collateralizing the asset value of that property. Interesting though that if it were worth $200M don't you think that he might have actually been looking for $50M private bond placement? Company strategy is to use the value of assets to assure incurred debt, at a ratio of 4 to 1 (25% of asset value), and use the resulting funds for operations.
