If it's Plasser in Chile do you need clear title to the property or is it
just a grab type surface?

Is all of Medinah Energy Inc. or Sierra la Plata S.A. projects owned in
clear title?

In the news on Thursday March 27, 1997 there is a line in the first
part that reads
(The Mina Claudia and the Andacollo are under contract to Sierra La Plata
S.A., a wholly owned Chilean subsidiary of the partner in the porject.)

What's your take on the read ? Can you tell me what it is talking about where
it states (a wholly owned Chilean subsidiary) better yet the part that states
(of the partner in the project) The word ""partner"" makes the key word to what
is said IMO. What do you think?

P.S. What ever happend to Mr. Malcolm Fraser, B.Xc.,MA, Economic Geology.
Or...Mr Michael Sandich, MSc... Were they in the early sample selected program
only? There reports were very good over the "LaColorada" and La Colorad claims
that confirmed the presence of the gold system at the trend. Yet that was
just pre a negotiatin of the 12,000 meter dirlling program that was
contracted and a two tonne bulk shample that was shipped for a metallurical
and gold extraction analysis.
