I think technical analysis is as valid with these stocks as with the S&P or DJIA, because it's a reflection of mass psychology. I would subscribe to the view that it will take drilling and eventual completion to fulfill the upside targets I've outlined. The fundamentals certainly must coincide with this size of advance, but they need not precede the bottom. I find it encouraging that Curlew's low continues to hold and the bids are strong. This is a good first sign.
