If we calculate 150,000 pots sold in one week, which probably doesn't include international data, then it's easy to reach 400,000-600,000 pots in this quarter only,

I don't mean to throw a monkey wrench into the cogs of your hype machine Phil, but to try and extrapolate iMac sales from 1 weeks worth of pre orders is absurd. First of all, the one week of preorders represent 3 months of pent up demand since the announcement. Second, I have to question whether or not Apple could make 150,000 iMacs a week and still be making other computers. Third, it is certain that a significant number of the 150,000 are school orders which wont be coming in on a monthly basis. Forth, the customers who will buy a Mac without ever even seeing it are of a completely diferent kind the those who Apple will have to reach in the following months.

I am not saying iMac sales wont be kickass. Im just saying that if you try and estimate them based on pre orders then your methodology is flawed from the start. And if you're right it will have been 100% coincidence.
