The absolute number of Viagra Rxs are still very strong...the highest levels ever recorded for a new product. Refill Rxs continue to increase ...indicating patient efficacy and satisfaction. The early May Rx levels were inflated by pent-up demand..similar to the launch of MUSE. The highest weekly MUSE specification (19,236)was attained in its 10th week while Viagra's record Rxs were reached in the 6th week. This week, JP Morgan predicted that Rxs will grow modestly from this point while refill Rxs will grow to 150% of new Rxs(current 83%)...reflecting the chronic nature of ED. They forecast sales of $0.700 billion in 1998- above their previous estimates. Good luck! BigKNY3
