according to cashco, Merced gets it's shares in A.R.Brooks, not CSHK, and it looks like 743,405 shares have been added, for who knows what. That's weird, and may just have been a typo in Rhonda's post. My understanding was that Merced (Scott and Tom) would get 11th Hour stock, convertible into CSHK.
