I think what John may be trying not to say is that Brian Smith was the promoter. I had heard this rumor at the time. CIMA identified earlier that he believed it was Smith as well.

John, is this the person you alluded to in your reply to Antares? Was this who Bob Yeoman denied knowing? Things could get interesting as I'm sure that TSE regulators are by now very aware of the discussions on this forum. If this is the promoter willing to testify for John I believe alot more could come out from under the covers.

WayneW...you conveniently answered the Rappa part of my previous post but nothing was said about insider trading during the run. Is there a simple way to determine what was sold and declared, and what was sold and not declared. My point is did the company use a promoter and not declare it and did they personally benefit at our expense? (I'm assuming most of us bought in above 13.5 cents!)
