There has been a misconception that Unitec is 'starving' for working capital. If this were so, we would have completed more financings at prices with the maximum discounts.

Unitec will not at this time entertain any offers to financing at prices less than $1.00. We feel that accepting anything less would be too dilutive and and not in the best interests of the shareholders of the Company. As I indicated in a previous posting, the recent financing was an exception made to accelerate work in progress and get started on our considerable back log.

With regard to the dissemination of news, we also agree that the proposal is not in the best interests of VSE listed companies or their shareholders. John has continually opposed this at every opportunity.

Thank you for your continued support of Unitec.

Regards,
Howard
