<It doesn't take a degree to figure that out. > I believe you speak from experience. Sorry, no losses yet, bought before the split. Regardless, my position here isn't large enough to hurt me. The majority of blood is spilled on ASND on a bad day. If I were at a loss I would re-purchase at this level. If someone with intelligence was to convince me it was going lower, outside of normal market pressure, I might consider a short position.
I buy telecom equipment makers to the likes of CSCO, LU, ASND, ALA, ERICY, NOKIA and NT. I don't have the losses you speak of, to blame on anyone. The portfolio fluxuates with the market, and I don't have much use for rocket scientists telling me that any stock is going lower in the middle of a correction.
I try to get useful information to base buy and sell decisions here. Most of us aren't interested in: Dah...I think it going down, whether they say it with emotion or not.
Try something like: DSO is increasing, they are behind in dense wave division multiplexing technology, the CBX 550 is killing them, anything, except Dah...everyone knows its going lower, and if you want to know why, its cause your taking losses.
Thanks for your insightful posts, Kent
