I agree with that assessmet about there is more to buy/sell programs than just PREM, that is actually my point..
I am saying that it is inconsistent. I saw that PREM moved to 7 right when the buys hit, but lets look at the entire days action, did PREM hit 7 and did buy programs hit that moved the market as much?

look at a 5 min chart, I see that PREM hit the 7 level about 7 or 8 times today. Were there 7 or 8 buy programs that moved the market almost 100 points each time that happened? There were other buy programs, but the most I saw moved the market from -220 to about 180.. then from 180-190 to -140 or 150.. in separate occurrances.
Now I know that CAMP says that during certain times of the day these things hit, but I have and you have seen buys hit and sells hit in the last 30 minutes that are of magnitude that cannot be explained, it is like 2 or 3 power buy programs at once..
I think there are a few that hold the little box. These huge fundies are players, we are like the worker ants, that fuel the fundies. I know there are alot of traders that add volume to the market, anwhere from 10 to 20 percent.. but that isnt what controls the markets, it is who has the ball in crunch time, the person that changes the sentiment, closes the day out.. why wasnt it a sell program today? Whomever triggered the buy did it intentionally. It wasnt PREM alone..
