Maurice,

I will be back in Scottsdale early November and would love to get together. My recent trip was quite short - just checking on a home we're building in Scottsdale at Grayhawk. Idid not visit TFS, but did speak with Liz and came away feeling everything is going good (except the stock price) and on track.

I will hopefully meet with and visit the TFS plant on the next trip.
