First hypothesis:

a - under the term of the license agreement, Andrews Engineering would be able to trade ~89,000 post-split shares as of August 8th.
b- For whatever reason, they decided to sell, and did so in small lots.
c- once detected, this caused a generall sell off, causing the drop.

hopefully this can be confirmed or the actual reason found.
