I have a friend who works for BSX. He explained to me how the radius is doing much better than even the company expected. He gave me an example of an operation he watched at NIH a couple of weeks ago where the doctors had initially used a Guidant stent. However, they found it much to difficult to manipulate. They ended up using a Radius because it was easier to manipulate. I would have to disagree completely with the assertion that the market is becoming "commodity like." I think if anything, its going the other way. BSX is gaining critical mass in distinguishing itself in these markets. BSX is expecting even better results from the Nir. By the way, haven't you heard that Worth is just another useless rag for the uneducated and uninformed!
