NRPI, from my research Dave Rave and speaking to the CEO is a great play right now. Extremely small float (2.2 million), a million held in strong hands. I believe with this new financing about ready to be instilled, the alliance with another pulbicly traded company, it will be extremely difficult to pick up any shares under $1.00 once the news does hit.
