Re: Is this a "floorless" convertible? No, no, and NO again! Ben said earlier that such terrible financing plans are for companies with weak hands. That is not what HeartSoft is holding, and they (we) will not have to accept such a destructive financing plan.

HeartSoft, in exchange for $4,000,000, will issue shares of preferred stock in the company. This preferred will be convertible to common stock, BUT only after two and one half years, and only to a maximum of 20% of the current outstanding shares. We won't see another Casmyn come out of this plan, it is a strong plan designed to preserve shareholder value while getting HeartSoft going.

You don't have to fear for what this company will do...no shenanigans will be played, no subterfuge. The future is bright for us, and the lenders know it!
