Convenient of you to not mention the "big boy" trade which occurred after the close yesterday (although it was spun on YooHoo).
But, the interpretation we would have received would no doubt have been positive - it always is.
I truly hope this stock goes up (I am long, but the yeasayers might choose to dismiss this as a cover).
I am acknowledging that the market has been about as poor as it can be for a few months now, and that yes, LGND has been an unfortunate participant in that action. However, if one believes everything the yeasayers have posted, one would think that the stock is just basing perfectly, and waiting for those "big boys" to take it to nirvana. All I'm pointing out to those who view this thread is that LGND is an extremely speculative situation that should be scrutinized closely with a healthy degree of skepticism (as should be the case with all stocks).
On this thread, it seems that anyone who has a negative opinion is viewed as a crazed idiot.
Enthusiasm about the prospects for this company is wonderful, and understandable, for anyone who has committed $$$ to be a shareholder. To comment positively about the science of LGND is fine. To find a reason and rationale for just about every trade to be cast in a positive light is unnecessary and misleading, with the stock at/near a 52 week low.
