Just finished listening to the Conference Call. Pete was in good form, honest and frustrated by the need to change projections and determined to not get caught out that way again. CKFR will announce the addition of 2 of the top 10 billers in the country in the next 90 days when they rollout.
Long term fundamentals remain intact. The reasoning behind the reduced subscriber rate estimates is that banks are moving en masse to the net and away from p.c. based solutions which is causing a short term reduction in promotion of services but should result in accelerated growth down the road.
Pete reiterated that they could easily have made the .32 number next year by reducing investment but that they would do nothing that might comprimise their position as the market leader.
IMHO this will be a great buying opportunity for long term investors. It also seems clear that the new forecast may be overly conservative. Still long, but not looking forward to the decimation of my portfolio today. rod
