Re ISI acquisition: Art seemed to think that it gave him a full range of steppers inhouse for his mix and match strategy. In addition, I would consider the value of ISI's intellectual property to AMAT. This is a massive segment of the Semi Equipment market that the world's largest semi equipment maker is not yet addressing. ... and ISI is no longer available to fill that void. FWIW, Ian.
