My understanding is that the $20 million convertible bond issue for which the company hoped to find an underwriter never got out of the talking stages. So Janice, why don't you tell us where you got this information? Rumors? Probably heard it here on SI right? If someone wrote what you did about, but with a positive spin, you and your crew would expect disclosure of sources, etc... Why should we not expect the same from you? ~Scott
