Would you be happy if Peoplesoft outperformed the S&P but underperformed SAP? IMO, you CANNOT stand a broadbased average next to an individual issue for any real analysis (less so long term, more so on a daily basis). Of course, you can use the comparison to make a great many "what ifs."


This is getting bothersome - I suggest we drop it.
