I appreciate the fact that everyone is concerned about the S-3 in relationship to Gottardo. This is not the first time an S-3 has been registered for Gottardo. Gottardo has been a buyer of ACTV over time and wants to have the shares registered. Gottardo has been a long term holder and continues to do so. The earnings are inmaterial to Gottardo at this point. Everyone knows the earnings are a ways off. Once again Gottardo is very supportive of management and believes in them.
