Geoff - I agree with your position on HP's PC segment. They have had a terrible ROI in that segment, they have no clear strategy, their product line is unexceptional. They seem to be moving back to a 'drive big iron' position, with a strong services component, probably as a way of fending off CPQ in HP's high margin segment. The PC team is reeling. This should be a good opportunity for both Dell and CPQ to carve out chunks of HP's PC business.
