Lamar, my recent explanation about the book value issue was unclear in that I didn't explain that the $10 Million in funding is actually a liability for RDOX and would therefore worsen even more the negative book value of this company. Figuring book value that is positive for the company will only improve when the company has positive net assets. I apologize for using the $10million as an asset in coming up with the .22 cent book value. The calculation would apply if the $10M had been an actual net asset. Good luck on you expected news.
