Mike, No additional SEC statements yet; but as we all know, in this phase of the investigation it can take a while (eg: see today's news on the latest SEXI details - Associated Press) until they have everything wrapped up. Personally, I don't see much of a chance that current stockholders will find any light at the end of this tunnel. I hope the SEC checks all bulletin boards to identify and compare e-mail and real addresses. I wish that those folks who can be linked to any criminal activities go straight to hell and we'll get an investor's forum that is LESS infected by lies, manipulation, and ignorance. Wouldn't that be a wonderful christmas present? The greed that has been displayed here is so 80's. It's time for a paradigm shift like: socially responsible investment strategies. Sounds too good?
