Par was asked about this on the last CC. The CSFB issue is NOT floorless. There is a 5% limit on the conversion per holder. The limit is 716,000 shares or $11.17 per share unless other shares are issued before conversion. If one holder converts before the other it will increase the outstanding shares and allow for a lower conversion for the other. I have called CSFB to verify that this is correct but have not heard back from them yet.
