I am sure the exact mechanism is not known but I suspect it goes something like this:

poor bloodflow to retina + Viagra binding to retinal PDE = permanent retinal damage.

This is going to get uglier each month.

IMO my constant harping regarding safety concerns will eventually be realized. I don't know exactly how long before the liability outweights the profitability thus forcing Pfizer to do something drastic to protect themselves but when it happens expect not only a return to fair value of this stock but a lot of added upward momentum.
