The big problem I see is that it is not easy to short TSQD. Paradoxically that hurts us. If TSQD could be shorted, it would be possible to arbitrage the TSQD/DRIV ratio. This way it can be arbitraged effectively only when the spread gets too large as is the case right now. But a one way arbitrage is less interesting than one that can be played both ways so it will have less appeal for those who do this regularly.
