Actually the stock resumed trading at 1:00 pm after a press release was issued by the company. It seems that Leader Mining thought a memoradum of understanding with a Armada was newsworthy. In fact it was only an agreement to perform due diligence on each other for 60 days to see if there was any concrete reason to merge. We issued a release stating that we had more than one MOU signed with other companies and no merger had been consumated.
