Joe, Murphy had mentioned to expect a number of filings to show up and I have found about 6 new Form 3 filings, showing the shares and options owned by various officers in the company. I am guessing but it would seem that this could be another small step towards getting company sold as these filings would be needed I believe to arrive at a total of all of the shares of DCTC that will be out at the time of sale. (G) On that note, I was playing with the numbers a bit, using various revenue multiples to see what we might be worth now, after Locus, after TWC etc. We are hoping to see DCI sold at a revenue multiple between 2-3 (the WH Smith contracts went at 5X) , but I found that even if we dropped that all of the way to a multiple of 1, (which is what we paid for Edge as a private company) the sales price/share still looks a whole lot better than our current share price. (G) Just to put things in perspective, here is where we are NOW, without Locus, TWC or any other additions/synergies using 25 million shares out:

$2 on 1X revenues
$4 on 2X
$5 on 2.5
$6 on 3X

On 35 million shares out, Locus and TWC on board:

$4.30 on 1X revenues
$8.60 on 2X revenues
$10.70 on 2.5X revenues
$12.94 on 3X revenues

Kinda makes me want to own a few shares of this one. (G)
