We still don't know the identity of the financier at this point. it could be a traditional bank, an investment bank or even some form of venture capital. I'm not exactly sure. All we know is that they are from Illinois and have been referred to as the bank. As far as how small they are, they musn't be that big if they can't work on 3 deals at the same time. They are supposed to be finishing up 2 deals worth over combined $100 million. As for MPTV's loan, I have been told that they could access up to $10 million, but it isn't clear whether they will take it all. As for interest rates, I've been told it will be in the neighborhood of their other recent loans. So I would estimate it to be somewhere between 8% and 15%. If MPTV's timeframe estimates come true, they should be able to pay off all their outstanding debts within 15 months.
