The rally we had few weeks ago that lasted for quite of few days: It seems to me that at least 6% of stocks would have given buy signals during that time period off the lows around June 12. Am I correct? Assuming that I am correct, what prevented the P&F's from getting back in during this rally from around June 12 to around July 17? Was it because you still had a lot of sell signals and you have to have no additional sell signals or some other reason? HiTech
