Hey-ya there Arkansas guy,

Being in the business of specialty and custom stainless steel contracting, I often see prototypes for savvy "ideas" come through the proto-type stage. Some of these inventions make it, while most of them do not. The portable yogurt machines were a success story, the do-it-yourself soda mixer via supermarkets were a "so-so", but the proto-type french fry machines have never made it (so far). Frys were always soggy and greasy, and quality and taste were never optimal or even at the least acceptable. Mucho dinero has been invested into proto-type engineering and proto-type development with little to no success from what I have seen.
I'll be a buyer in a portable fench fry vending machine company when I can see and taste/test the results for myself.

Best,
Cindy
