Capt: Todate, that Yago and DEC deal have had little impact on earnings. The YAGO shareholders got 6.1m shares then valued at $80m & currently at $68m. They are also due another 5.5m shares if CS does not make the $35 grade by Sept 99. Based on existing performance, the $35 grade now looks impossible.
